Terminé de leer la trilogía de “La Materia Oscura”. Buenísima :).
Lo único que no me gustó fue que en algunas partes pareciera que el autor por salir del paso optó por desenlaces del tipo “lol, wut?”, y que el primer libro (Luces del Norte) se me hizo un poco pesado (capaz como ya había visto la película no había tanto suspenso).
De los 3 libros, me quedo con “La Daga” :)

Often I’ll be grumpy about my situation even though I knew full well that (A) my situation is pretty darn sweet, actually and (B) I entered into the situation 100% willing.

I really don’t like the word “creative”. It’s kinda wooly. Kinda meaningless. Kinda grating.
That being said, “creative” is also kinda the reason we’re here.
We are born creative beings. We are born to create.
And knowing this, we can either act on it, or spend the rest of our lives sitting on our butt.
That is our choice. And that is our burden.
Make of this what you will.

The line I wrote in the cartoon above came out from some work I did for Microsoft, a half-decade ago.
It’s easy to get terribly fond of “Stuff”. Software, for example, is “Stuff”.
People matter, Stuff doesn’t. It’s easy to forget that, even when one isn’t writing software.
